On the sign-in screen (profile, then Account, then choose Log In), tap Forgot password?, enter your username, and we'll email a 6-digit code to your recovery email. Enter the code and a new password. This only works if you saved a recovery email on your account before. If you didn't, email us from an address you can prove is yours and we'll see what we can do.

No. You can play unranked matches, friend matches and practice bots as a guest. To play ranked, earn XP and keep your progress safe on another phone, create an account from your profile.

Open your profile, choose Account, then Delete Account and confirm. It permanently removes your account and everything tied to it. If you can't open the app, email us and we'll delete it for you.

Close the game completely and reopen it while you're online. If VIP still isn't unlocked, email us your username and the date of the purchase (Apple's receipt email helps) and we'll fix it.

Open the leaderboard. Next to each player is a flag to report their username and a block button to hide them from your leaderboard. You can undo blocks under profile, Account, then Blocked Players. We review reports and remove offensive names.

Tap Play Now, then Play a Friend. One of you taps Create Room and shares the 4-letter code. The other enters it and taps Join. Friend matches don't affect rank or XP.

The game server checks every board. If a board reports a state that is impossible in a normal game, that match is stopped and counted as a forfeit. If you think it was a mistake, email us with your username and roughly when it happened.
